I was the head editor at the popular comedy educational YouTube channel Wisecrack for 4 years. While I was there I had the opportunity to perfect some shows' editing style (Thug Notes), develop the aesthetic for some new shows from scratch (Earthling Cinema), and even direct ('The Ethics Of' Series). During my tenure the channel grew from 300,000 subscribers to nearly 3 million subscribers. As Wisecrack co-founder Jacob Salomon puts it "Ryan Hailey's fingerprints are all over Wisecrack".
